holds a Masters degree in Counseling and over 25 years
experience
in the counseling field. She is licensed as a Mental
Health Counselor in
the State of Iowa and her specialties include:

helping parents help
their kids recover from eating disorders
coaching eating disorder
adults who feel stuck in their recovery process

anxiety
Lynn's belief is if you
have a child with an eating disorder, you are her
best advocate and support whether she knows it or not.
You must get
the education and help you need so you can parent her
with confidence
and strength, along with your tenderness.
She needs to believe you the parent knows what
to do even if you don't. The reality is she doesn't
know what she needs and it scares her to death. If you
don't know what steps to take, Lynn can teach you what
to do so you can relate more confidently to your
daughter. When she sees you as confident and firm
instead of panicked, she will respond better to your
direction and help.
